Abstract

Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa, bank juga mengukuti konsep produk pada produk jasa yang diberikan. Menurut Philip kotler yang menyatakan ada penjual-penjual yang dibimbing oleh konsep produk bahwa konsumen akan menyukai produk yang memberikan kualitas dan prestasi yang paling baik. Manajer pada organisasi yang berorientasi pada produk ini, akan memfokuskan energy pada pembuatan produk yang baik dan perbaikannya secara terus menerus.
