Kajian Business Model pada Bisnis Otomotif Cadillac

Abstract

Bisnis otomotif Cadillac pernah mengalami era kenaikan (rise). Namun sejak tahun 1980-an, industri otomotif ini mengalami tren penurunan (fall). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan penurunan (fall) dan kenaikan (rise) pada bisnis otomotif cadillac. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal pada bisnis cadillac yang bergerak di bidang otomotif dengan analisis business model canvas, business pattern, business environment & value proposition canvas. Bisnis otomotif Cadillac pernah tren pertumbuhan dan sukses karena memiliki value proposition menyediakan bentuk mobil yang unik dan besar yang eye catching untuk konsumen. Namun, bisnis otomotif ini mengalami penurunan karena key activities kualitas pada Cadillac semakin menurun dan berimbas pada penjualan. Studi merekomendasikan key activities meningkatkan perkembangan pada mesin dengan hanya menekan tombol untuk menyalakan mobil.
