Abstract

Manager adalah seseorang yang bertugas dan bertanggung jawab untuk mengkoordinasikan dan memantau pekerjaan orang lain diaman aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh manajer tersebut dapat mampu mencapai tujuan organisasi itu. Organisasi itu merupakan sekumpulan orang yang berinteraksi mengerjakan tugas-tugas, yang saling berkaitan untuk suatu tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.
