Abstract

Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk adalah salah konsep keuangan Islam didasarkan pada prinsip moralitas dan keadilan oleh karena itu, sesuai dengan dasar operasionalnya yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadist serta Ijma instrument Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk harus memenuhi prinsip Islam yang syari’ah yaitu transaksi yang dilakukan oleh para pihak harus bersifat adil, halal, thayyib dan maslahat.(Paul & Faudji, 2020) Dengan diluncurkannya inovasi baru dalam pengelolaan atau pengembangan harta wakaf melalui sukuk waqf memberikan manfaat yakni memperoleh suku bunga pendanaan infrastuktur yang lebih rendah karena adanya pembiayaan yang bersumber dari wakaf.
