Abstract

Keuangan syariah adalah salah satu sistem manajemen keuangan yang menggunakan prinsip dan dasar hukum Islam sebagai pedomannya.Sistem keuangan syariah merupakan salah satu sistem yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode prinsip Islami dasar syariah sebagai acuannya, juga menggunakan dasar hukum Islam sebagai pedoman. Sebagai sebuah sistem manajemen keuangan, tujuannya adalah mengalihkan dana nasabah yang tersimpan di lembaga penyelenggara keuangan kepada pengguna dana. Lembaga keuangan syariah (syariah financial institution) merupakan suatu badan usaha atau institusi yang kekayaannya terutama dalam bentuk asset-aset keuangan (financial assets) maupun non financial asset atau asset riil berlandaskan konsep syariah. Secara umum, Lembaga Keuangan sangat diperlukan dalam perekonomian modern karena fungsinya sebagai mediator antara kelompok masyarakat yang kelebihan dana dan kelompok masyarakat yang memerlukan dana. Lembaga keuangan itu bias berbentuk seperti sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang keuangan
