Abstract

M HIDAYAT. Pengaruh Stress Kerja, Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Sunu Network Broadcast Televisi di Kota Makassar. (dibimbing oleh Mursalim Umar Gani dan Muchtar Lamo). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sunu Network Broadcast Televisi di Kota Makassar; 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sunu Network Broadcast Televisi di Kota Makassar dan 3) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sunu Network Broadcast Televisi di Kota Makassar Penelitian ini menggunakan data data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Sunu Network Broadcast Televisi di Kota Makassar sebanyak 82 orang pada Maret tahun 2014. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 68 orang dengan metode Slovin. Pengumpulan data melalui : observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear regresi berganda dengan program SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara simultan variabel stress kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sunu Network Broadcast Televisi di Kota Makassar. Secara parsial variabel stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sedangkan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan. Dari ketiga varibel tersebut, ternyata variabel kepuasan kerja yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT Sunu Network Broadcast Televisi di Kota Makassar.
