Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sah atau tidaknya transaksi yang mengandung unsur maisir di dalamnya. Metode penelitian diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan metode penafsiran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian maudhu’i (tematik) dan metode penafsiran tahlili (analitik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa maisir merupakan suatu permainan yang pemenangnya mengambil keuntungan yang kalah tanpa adanya kerja keras sehingga menimbulkan kerugian banyak orang. Maka, transaksi maisir tidak diperbolehkan seperti dalam firman Allah SWT. Dalam Al-Quran Surat Al-Baqarah Ayat 219 dan Surat Al-Maidah ayat 90.
