Abstract

Saat ini, kita sudah mulai memasuki industry 4.0 yang dimana sudah banyak perusahaan yang mulai berfokus untuk bergerak dan bertransformasi ke arah digital tau teknologi. Oleh karena itu, karyawan harus dituntut memiliki keahlian dalam pengelolaan kemajuan teknologi. Tidak hanya itu saja, karyawan juga harus dibekali keahlian komunikasi, manajemen, dan kerja tim (Teamwork).
