Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Aktivitas Pemasaran Tabungan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sumatera Barat Cabang Utama Padang. Dalam menganalisa data, penulis menggunakan metode analisa data kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian yang menjelaskan secara deskriptif mengenai aktivitas pemasaran tabungan pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sumbar. Metode analisa ditinjau dari dua segi yang berbeda yaitu antara teori dan praktek sehingga dapat diketahui sejauh mana pelaksanaanya, apakah perbedaan yang timbul menyangkut prinsip dasar konsep itu sendiri. Kesimpulan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sumbar, menggunakan pemasaran yang terdiri dari kebijaksanaan produk, harga, promosi, tempat (distribusi), orang (karyawan), proses (alur kerja), layanan pelanggan.Jenis produk yang diberikan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sumbar adalah tabungan sikoci, tahari mabrur, giro, deposito berjangka, tabungan simpeda. Promosi yang dilakukan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sumbar melalui iklan (advertising), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), penjualan personal (personal selling).
