Abstract

Bisnis online merupakan bisnis yang sangat muda di lakukan dengan cukup memamfaatkan media sosial yang ada seperti facebook, instagram, WhatsApp serta media sosial lainnya. Dalam upaya menjalankan bisnis online, meningkatkan daya saing merupakan salah satu faktor yang perlu diperhitungkan. Hal tersebut berkaitan dengan peran UMKM dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Daya saing dalam bisnis online dapat diwujudkan dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan transformasi bisnis, ketepatan dan efisiensi pertukaran informasi, selain itu penggunaan teknologi informasi juga dapat mempeluas jaringan pemasaran. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas bisnis online Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode 3M yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas bisnis online mampu meningkatkan perkembangan usaha dan Untuk mengetahui apakah metode 3M dapat meningkatkan kualitas daya saing
