Abstract

Manusia telah berkomunikasi selama puluhan ribu tahun. Bahkan dapat dikatakan bahwa sebagian besar waktu jaga manusia digunakan untuk berkomunikasi. Meskipun demikian, ketika manusia dilahirkan tidak dengan sendirinya dibekali dengan kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi secara efektif. Sebagai seorang tenaga kerja perbankan harus memahami dan mempraktekan Ilmu Komunikasi yang Efektif di Tempat kerja atau organisasi karena merupakan syarat wajib yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang bankir diantaranya sebagai salah satu Standar Layanan Perbankan
