Ambidexterity pada Efektivitas Perusahaan

Abstract

Kinerja perusahaan diukur melalui pencapaian target yang telah ditentukan selama periode tertentu. Dalam hal ini, karyawan memiliki peran penting untuk menentukan hasil kinerja perusahaan. Karyawan harus memiliki ketangkasan yang baik untuk mencapai hal itu. Ambidexterity atau ketangkasan luar biasa pada seorang karyawan, muncul ketika karyawan menggabungkan perilaku eksplorasi (menjelejah) dengan perilaku eksploitatifnya. Makalah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur, di mana penulis mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mempelajari beberapa artikel yang didapatkan melalui situs web, yaitu Google Cendekia dan Research Gate. Berdasarkan diskusi yang telah dibahas pada makalah ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ambidexterity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas perusahaan. Ambidexterity terbukti penting dalam produksi efektivitas perusahaan. Dengan begitu, menjaga karyawan yang gesit sangat penting.
