Abstract

Стаття присвячена впливовим PR трендам, які використовуються у комунікації з поколінням Z. У якості прикладів наведений досвід міжнародних компаній та брендів, які успішно налагоджують комунікацію із молодим поколінням та отримують від нього позитивні відгуки. Успіх використання проаналізованих PR трендів пояснюється урахуванням психологічних особливостей покоління Z, його відношення до родини, навчання, роботи, його моральних цінностей, інтересів та способу життя, які також описані у статті. На основі огляду та аналізу наукової літератури коротко розглянуто теорію поколінь та визначено поняття покоління Z. The paper deals with PR trends influencing generation Z communication. The operation of international companies and brands that successfully communicate with younger generations and receive positive feedback from them are examples of these PR trends. The success of the analyzed PR trends can be explained by сonsidering the psychological characteristics of the Z generation, its relation to family, education, work, its moral values, its interests and lifestyle, which are also described in the article. On the basis of the review and analysis of scientific literature, the theory of generations is briefly examined and the concept of generation Z is defined.
