Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quyết định mua đàn piano kỹ thuật số của khách hàng TPHCM

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này nhằm nhận dạng các yếu tố quan trọng ảnh hưởng đến quyết định mua đàn piano kỹ thuật số của khách hàng tại TPHCM, thông qua phỏng vấn 200 khách hàng đã từng mua và trực tiếp ra quyết định mua đàn. Phương pháp kiểm định độ tin cậy của thang đo thông qua hệ số Cronbach’s alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA, và xây dựng mô hình hồi quy tuyến tính bội. Kết quả cho thấy có 6 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quyết định mua đàn piano kỹ thuật số của khách hàng tại TPHCM: (1) Giá cả sản phẩm, (2) Cửa hàng liên hệ mua sản phẩm, (3) Trưng bày sản phẩm, (4) Dịch vụ khách hàng, (5) Chất lượng và thuộc tính sản phẩm, (6) Thương hiệu – nhãn hiệu. Kết quả nghiên cứu này hy vọng sẽ giúp cho các nhà phân phối, các cửa hàng, đại lý bán đàn piano kỹ thuật số có thể đưa ra những giải pháp kinh doanh hữu hiệu trong ngành nhạc cụ.
