Aksesibilitas Penyandang Disabilitas Pada Objek Wisata Di Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas mempunyai hak dan kewajiban yang sama sebagai warga negara. Dalam hal pelayanan publik, penyandang disabilitas memiliki akses yang sama untuk mendapatkan pelayanan di segala tempat termasuk pada objek wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aksesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas dalam pelayanan pada objek wisata serta mengetahui tanggapan penyandang disabilitas dan stakeholder terhadap penyediaan pelayanan tersebut. Aksesibilitas pada penelitian ini ditinjau dari tiga dimensi yaitu dimensi kognitif, dimensi perilaku, dan dimensi birokrasi administratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research atau penelitian lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas penyandang disabilitas pada objek wisata di kota pekanbaru berbeda beda tiap dimensi. Pada dimensi kognitif, semua aspek menunjukkan aksesibilitas baik. Pada dimensi perilaku semua aspek tergolong baik. Kemudian dimensi birokrasi administratif menunjukkan aksesibilitas yang baik meskipun pada aspek tersedianya saluran untuk menyampaikan aspirasi dan aspek prosedur tergolong kurang baik. Dalam hal pelayanan, fasilitas yang diberikan pemerintah telah memberikan pelayanan yang baik meskipun belum maksimal dan memerlukan banyak evaluasi.
