Abstract

Thức ăn đóng vai trò cực kỳ quan trọng trong cuộc sống. Nó không chỉ cung cấp năng lượng và chất dinh dưỡng cho sự sống và phát triển của con người, mà đôi khi nó còn là hình thức để con người đạt thỏa mãn các nhu cầu văn hóa và xã hội [1]. Việc dân số toàn cầu đang gia tăng nhanh chóng qua từng năm, thức ăn lại ngày càng trở nên quan trọng để đảm bảo an ninh lương thực. Tuy nhiên, các hoạt động nông nghiệp và sử dụng đất đai cho sản xuất thực phẩm là một trong những nguồn phát thải nhà kính chính, góp phần làm biến đổi khí hậu.
