Abstract

Uang yaitu sebagai alat tukar atau pembayaran utang dan piutang, diterima oleh masyarakat umum, dan dilindungi oleh hukum. Untuk bisa digunakan oleh masyarakat umum, uang harus bisa dijamin oleh hukum disuatu wilayah pemerintahan, dimana hukum berfungsi untuk memberikan rasa aman (karena sudah termaktub didalam undang undang, contohnya di indonesia).
