Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang digunakan dan kualitas produk, harga dan pelayanan di online shop ini Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode observasi, yaitu proses pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan melihat, memantau dan menganalisa secara langsung sehingga akan lebih jelas objek yang diamati. Metode tertulis wawancara / interview, yaitu cara pengumpulan data melalui obrolan atau tanya jawab serta bertatap muka secara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang digunakan di RAV Hijab ada dua metode pemasaran, yakni pendekatan pemasaran dengan lewat offline dan pendekatan pemasaran dengan lewat online. Kualitas produk, harga dan pelayanan cukup baik.
