Abstract

Sumber pendapatan negara pada masa Rasulullah SAW dan Khulafa Urrasyidin hampir sama tetap instrumen yang digunakan zakat dan pajak. Namun untuk alokasi pendistribusiannya yang berbeda tergantung kebutuhan dari masing-masing wilayah pada masanya.
