Abstract

Peran guru ialah mengarahkan, membimbing, melatih, mengajar dan mendidik serta mengevaluasi siswa. Sosok guru sangat memiliki peran penting bagi siswa di sekolah untuk mengarahkan siswa menjadi pribadi yang berintegritas dan memiliki intlektual, semangat yang tinggi serta aktif maupun kedisiplinan diri. Peran dan tanggung jawab guru bagi siswa ialah untuk memfasilitasi memberikan motivasi serta inspirasi dalam proses mengembangkan niat belajar siswa.
