Abstract

Perkembangan dan evolusi dari Internet dan teknologi informasi telah berubah cara kerja tradisional menjadi elektronik manajemen dan operasi, membuka peluang baru dan kemungkinan strategis. Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menjadi alasan kuat mengapa setiap perusahaan harus memiliki formula yang diyakini mampu memenangkannya dalam persaingan keunggulan produk. Berbagai macam strategi operasi diterapkan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas siang hari, termasuk strategi rantai pasokan yang efisien dan responsif.
