Abstract

Bila melihat sejarah lahirnya sistem-sistem ekonomi dunia, maka kita akan menemukan suatu kesamaan, yakni semua sistem yang pernah ada mempunyai tujuan untuk mecapai tingkat kesejahteraan manusia pada umumnya. Namun karena setiap sistem yang ada, selalu diwarnai dengan ideologi-ideologi penggagas atau pencetus teori ekonomi tersebut, sebut saja ekonomi kapitalis, sosialis dan Islam yang masing-masing mempunyai dasar ideologi berbeda. Ekonomi islam maupun konvensional banyak menyetujui bahwa upaya untuk mengendalikan inflasi agar tetap dalam tingkat moderat, kebijakan pemerintah (kebijikan fiskal) maupun otoritas moneter (kebijakan moneter) merupakan bagian dan upaya menelan inflasi. Apabila inflasi di defenisikan dengan kecendrungan kenaikan harga-harga secara umum, maka akan kita dapati bahwa dalam setiap perekonomian apakah itu menggunakan sistem ekonomi kapitalis ataupun islam akan senantiasa ditemui permasalahan infalasi.
