Abstract

Ambidexternity suatu konsep yang mengacu pada kemampuan organisasi untuk mengelola tautan saat sedang beradaptasi pada perubahan lingkungan. Ambidexterity dapat di artikan sebagai kesimbangan antara eksplorasi dan eksploitasi. Organisasi yang dapat mengeksploitasi kompetensi yang ada sekaligus mengeksplorasi sebuah peluang baru. Perusahaan harus terlibat dalam eksploitasi yang cukup untuk memastikan keberadaan organisasinya pada saat ini dan juga terlibat dalam eksplorasi yang cukup untuk memastikan kelangsungan hidup organisasinya di masa depan
