Peranan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pengambilan Keputusan yang Efektif dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Semangat Kerja Karyawan di Toko Murti Jaya

Abstract

Di dalam mengelola karyawan yang ada dalam perusahaan harus diciptakan suatu komunikasi kerja yang baik antara atasan dan bawahan agar tercipta hubungan kerja yang serasi dan selaras. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguraikan persoalan yang berkaitan dengan gaya kepemimpinan, dan menguji gaya kepemimpinan efektif yang dapat diterapkan pada toko murti jaya. Metode penelitian kuantitatif, penulis mengambil 10 orang sebagai responden untuk dilakukan survei. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari studi lapangan, observasi, wawancara, membuat daftar pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, pemimpin menggunakan gaya otokrasi, semangat da gairah kerja rendah, sehingga gaya kepemimpinan menjadi tidak efektif. Saran penulis, pemimpin mengganti gaya kepemimpinan menjadi partisipatif, pemimpin dapat memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan karyawan, kebutuhan imaterial para karyawan, dan meningkatkan fasilitas dengan menjaga kebersihan perusahaan dan menyediakan kamar mandi yang bersih.
