Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi berkembang pesat sehingga perusahaan harus mengambil langkah agar bertahan di antara pesaingnya. Langkah yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan teknologi pada setiap proses bisnisnya. Ada 5 dimensi dalam membangun citra perusahaan yaitu identitas perusahaan, reputasi, kualitas perusahaan, kualitas fisik, dan kuailitas interaktif
