Abstract

Digital business infrastructure yang memadai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi semua business digital yang baru dan juga untuk semua perusahaan yang mulai melakukan transformasi digital pada aktivitas bisnis mereka. Infrastruktur dan juga dukungan dari berbagai platform digital akan secara langsung mempengaruhi kualitas dari pelayanan yang dialami oleh pengguna dalam hal kecepatan dan juga daya tangkap. Teknologi digital juga dapat membantu organisasi atau perusahaan untuk menemukan pasar yang pas untuk produk mereka dan bersaing dengan dapat membedakan identitas organisasi di pasar.
