Abstract

Penawaran adalah sejumlah produk (barang/jasa) yang ditawarkan oleh produsen (penjual)pada berbagai tingkat harga dan terjadi pada periode waktu tertentu. Penawaran tergantung pada potensi laba sehingga cenderung beraksi pada perubahan penerimaan dan perubahan biaya produksi. Konsep dasar bagi fungsi penawaran untuk suatu produk dapat dinyatakan dalam bentuk hubungan antara kuantitas yang ditawarkan (kuantitas penawaran) dan sekumpulan faktor yang mempengaruhi penawaran dari produk itu.
