Kebijakan anti korupsi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Di kantor Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini tujuannya adalah menamabah pengetahuan tentang kebijakan anti korupsi di dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan serta indikator yang mempengaruhi kebijakan anti korupsi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Kantor Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi adalah semua pegawai di Kantor Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidrap dimana ada 34 orang yang semuanya termasuk sampel. teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Obsevasi, Study Kepustakaan dan Kuesioner. Penulisan artikel ini memakai method kualitatif yang bersifat library reseach. Hasil analisis dan pengolahan masalah menunjukkan arah kebijakan anti korupsi pada Ketetapan Kebijakan 73%, Ketetapan pelaksana 68%, ketetapan target 71% Ketetapan lingkungan 72 % ketetapan proses 68% dengan hasil akhir 70,4 % dimana mean nya yaitu 74 % kategori bagus. Sedangkan untuk point penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yakni partisipasi 72% aturan hukum 71% transparan 76 %, dengan capaian 73% bulatkan menjadi 73 % kategori baik. Adapun faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kebijakan anti korupsi di dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan instansi Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidrap yaitu point komunikasi 71 %, faktor sumber daya manusia 76 %, faktor struktur birokrasi 72 %, faktor disposisi pelaksana 73 % dengan capaian 73 % kategori baik.
