Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the responsibility of PT. Pegadaian Cabang Terandam Padang in the event of damage or loss of goods guaranteed in the credit agreement with pledge collateral at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Terandam Padang. The research method used is the interview method and field research. The type of data used is qualitative methods. The results showed that PT. Pegadaian Cabang Terandam Padang is responsible for bearing the risk in the event of a loss suffered by the customer for the pledge collateral deposited. This should have been done because the collateral pawning agreement was under the control of PT. Pegadaian Cabang Terandam Padang
