Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan manajemen risiko operasional unit teller pada PT Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Padang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pola pikir induktif, yaitu menjelaskan hasil penelitian berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa PT Bank tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Padang menerapkan manajemen risiko operasional sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh unit perbankan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa PT Bank tabungan Negara kantor cabang padang menerapkan manajemen risiko operasional sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh unit perbankan. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui salah satu kasus yang terjadi pada unit teller yaitu kasus kurang informatifnya unit teller dalam menyampaikan informasi terbaru kepada nasabah , sehingga timbul rasa kekecewaan dan ketidakpuasan nasabah terhadap pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh unit teller.
