Abstract

В связи с кризисными явлениями в экономике, проблема создания эффективной системы управления коммерческой организацией приобрела еще большую актуальность. В статье рассматриваются вопросы исполнения бюджета в системе финансового планирования организации. Проведен анализ выполнения бюджетных показателей. Сделан вывод о том, что результаты анализа могут являться основой для работы подразделений и руководителей как малого, так и среднего бизнеса. Due to the crisis phenomena in the economy, the problem of creating an effective management system for a commercial organization has become even more urgent. The article discusses the issues of budget execution in the financial planning system of the organization. The analysis of the implementation of budget indicators is carried out. It is concluded that the results of the analysis can be the basis for the work of departments and managers of both small and medium-sized businesses.
