Abstract

Konsep pemasaran menunjukkan filosofi yang digunakan bisnis untuk mendefinisikan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggannya, melayani konsumen dan perusahaan. Filosofi atau konsep yang sama dalam pemasaran, tidak serta merta dapat membantu semua jenis bisnis. Jadi, beda jenis bisnis besa juga filosofi manajemen pemasaran atau konsep pemasaran yang diterapkan. Persaingan bisnis yang ketat, dimana orang-orang mulai menjalankan bisnis barunya baik secara offline ataupun online, maka setiap pemilik bisnis harus mempunyai strategi agar produk atau layanan mereka dapat lebih diterima daripada pesaingnya. Meskipun saat ini, sudah semakin banyak perusahaan yang menjalankan strategi pemasaran digital, namun mereka tetap perlu memperhatikan bagaimana konsep pemasaran yang perlu diproses agar usaha pemasaran yang dijalankan dapat memberikan hasil yang memuaskan.
