Abstract

One of the most important variables for a company's success and performance improvement is its workforce. To work effectively, employees must improve their performance. High performing employees can help a company achieve its goals. Setting performance goals is setting goals that are not only useful as a guide in achieving goals, but it can also be a method of monitoring post-employment situations while the time is in progress and gauging performance at the end of the period. Organizational culture and work discipline are two factors that may have an impact on employee performance. This study aims to examine how organizational culture and work standards affect employee performance at PT. Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company. Multiple linear analysis is the technique employed. Surveys were the primary source of data for this study. The study's 52 participants were PT. Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company employees. The study's findings showed the following: (1) The relationship between company culture and worker performance is favorable and significant. (2) Workplace discipline and employee performance are positively and significantly correlated. (3) Workplace discipline and organizational culture have a favorable and considerable impact on employee performance.
