Abstract

Koperasi merupakan sebuah wadah atau tempat yang digunakan oleh perekonomian yang tujuannya untuk menampung ekonomi kerakyatan yang mempunyai nilai instrumental yang begitu penting, dimana nilai instrumental itu adalah kerja sama ekonomi. Koperasi juga merupakan sebuah badan usaha yang di kelola sesuai dengan aturan kelembagaan bisnis yang berlaku. Manajemen koperasi merupakan sebuah seni pengelolaan atau pengendalian sebuah organisasi agar suatu organisasi yang dijalankan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan keputusan dan juga memili sebuah profit pada perhitungan akhirnya.
