Abstract

Nepotisme merupakan bagian dari KKN (Korupsi, Kolusi, dan Nepotisme). Nepotisme sudah menjadi budaya yang melekat didarah pemerintahan Indonesia dan sudah menjalar ke tingkat strata sosial masyarakat. Sudah tanggung jawab pemerintahan untuk bebas dari kata nepotisme untuk memenuhi persyaratan menjadi “Good Government Governance” yang bersih bertanggung jawab, bersih akuntabilitas dan bersih tranparansi serta bersihnya aturan hukum sesuai yang diinginkan/harapkan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah Studi Pustaka.
