Abstract

Bagian manajemen dan stuktur organisasi dalam suatu rintisan wirausaha atau startup sangatlah penting bagi perusahaan dan para investor. Hal itu dikarenakan ringkasan eksekutif dan bagian organisasi adalah hal yang pertama kali dilihat oleh para investor untuk menilai kelebihan orang-orang yang akan memulai perusahaan (Barringer, 2015). Di bawah ini, saya akan menjelaskan tentang stuktur organisasi yang sesuai dengan perusahaan startup
