Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai system informasi manajemen penjualan e-commerce pada aplikasi Shopee. Mengetahui penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen yang digunakan dalam penyelenggaraan aktivitas penjualan pada E-Commerce Shopee dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis semua data dari berbagai fitur yang disediakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Sumber data yang dipakai adalah data sekunder berupa gambaran umum dari berbagai referensi tentang ECommerce Shopee dan melakukan observasi langsung pada penjual shopee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada berbagai sub sistem pada penjualan shopee tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lainya sehingga proses penjualan dapat terjadi secara optimal misalnya subsistem saldo penjual berhubungan dengan sub sistem penjualan dll. Berbagai sub sistem ini berisikan informasi secara lengkap untuk menunjang proses transaksi antara penjuan dan pembeli.
