Kecukupan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (Bos) Dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Guru

Abstract

Peranan guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan diantaranya adalah mengajar, mendidik, pembimbing dan administrator. Kekurangan guru disuatu sekolah sudah pasti akan berdampak pada mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kecukupan bantuan operasional sekolah dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed method, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknis pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari data yang diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa Pembayaran honorarium bulanan SD yang ada di Gugus Telomoyo Kecamatan Getasan sudah sesuai dengan petunjuk pelaksanaan (juklak) dan petunjuk teknis (juknis), walaupun realita yang diperoleh rerata gaji bulanan yang diterima GTT PTT masih belum bisa dikatakan layak. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memberikan masukan bagi para pengambil kebijakan untuk selalu mempertimbangkan kecukupan Dana BOS di setiap sekolah, utamanya pada komponen pembiayaan honorer bulanan. Kurangnya guru PNS dan banyaknya guru tidak tetap mempengaruhi kecukupan bantuan operasional sekolah, selain itu keberadaan guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
