Abstract

Hoạt động thực tập cho sinh viên là hoạt động hết sức cần thiết để sinh viên quan sát, ứng dụng, tập làm những công việc thực tế tại các đơn vị, so sánh giữa lý thuyết học tập trong nhà trường với công việc thực tế tại cơ quan, doanh nghiệp để sinh viên trao đổi, vận dụng, học hỏi thêm từ thực tế nhằm nâng cao được kiến thức cho mình. Tuy nhiên, thực tế cho thấy hiện nay hầu hết hoạt động thực tập của sinh viên chỉ mang tính hình thức, không đáp ứng được yêu cầu, ý nghĩa làm cho chất lượng đào tạo chưa thực sự hiệu quả. Tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả thực tập của sinh viên khối ngành kinh tế như sau: các trường nên liên kết với doanh nghiệp, đào tạo những chuyên ngành mà doanh nghiệp đang cần nguồn nhân lực, doanh nghiệp cần ưu tiên giữ lại sinh viên có chất lượng thực tập tốt, sinh viên cần tìm hiểu thật kỹ trong việc lựa chọn đơn vị thực tập phù hợp với năng lực và sở trường, điều này sẽ giúp sinh viên có nhiều thuận lợi trong quá trình đi thực tập…
