Abstract

Bài viết chỉ ra những khâu yếu kém cần đầu tư trước nhằm đáp ứng những yêu cầu trước mắt là nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, lấy lại thị trường nội địa cho sản phẩm cơ khí. Muốn vậy, TPHCM phải có những chính sách hợp lý để khuyến khích các nhà đầu tư bỏ vốn vào ngành cơ khí vì đây là ngành cần vốn lớn nhưng vòng quay vốn chậm, lợi nhuận không cao.
