Abstract

E-commerce adalah tempat penyebaran, penjualan, pembelian, dan pemasaran barang & jasa melalui teknologi. E-Commerce adalah sebuah konsep yang telah mengubah alur kehidupan manusia; e-commerce juga bisa dikatakan sebagai kriteria utama revolusi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi. Pernyataan tersebut didukung oleh Shahriari & Gheiji (2015), mengatakan e-commerce adalah proses pertukaran atau layanan menggunakan jaringan internet. E-commerce telah mengubah kehidupan manusia secara garis besar. E-commerce juga mendorong perekonomian negara hingga dunia ke arah yang lebih baik.
