Yếu tố ảnh hưởng quyết định vay vốn mua nhà ACB quận 10

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm tìm ra các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quyết định vay vốn mua nhà ở của khách hàng cá nhân (KHCN) tại Ngân hàng Thương mại cổ phần (NH TMCP) Á Châu (ACB) khu vực quận 10, TPHCM, bằng việc phân tích 246 phiếu khảo sát hợp lệ, phương pháp kiểm định hồi quy nhị phân được áp dụng. Kết quả cho thấy có 12 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quyết định vay vốn mua nhà ở của KHCN tại NH TMCP Á Châu khu vực quận 10, TPHCM được xếp thứ tự như sau: (1) Hiểu biết vay vốn (HBVV), (2) Tình trạng việc làm (TTVL), (3) Số bất động sản sở hữu (SHBDS), (4) Nhóm tham khảo (NTK), (5) Thu nhập (TN), (6) Tài sản thế chấp (TSTC), (7) Trình độ học vấn (TDHV), (8) Giới tính (GT), (9) Quy mô nhân khẩu (QMNK), (10) Giá trị nhà mua (GTNM), (11) Tổng chi tiêu (TCT), (12) Độ tuổi (ĐT). Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị để ACB thực hiện cho vay tốt hơn.
