Abstract

Aspek pasar menganalisis potensi pasar, intensitas persaingan, market share yang dapat dicapai, serta menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai market share yang diharapkan. Dengan analisis ini, potensi ide bisnis dapat tersalurkan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pasar. Keberhasilan kinerja keuangan sering bergantung pada kemampuan pasar dan pemasaran, operasi, akuntansi, sumber daya manusia dan fungsi lainnya. Dimasa lalu sebelum ilmu pemasaran berkembang dan dikenal secara luas seperti saat ini, setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk terlebih dahulu berproduksi sebanyak-banyaknya, baru kemudian berusaha untuk menjualnya kembali. Dalam keadaan seperti ini mereka tidak peduli dengan kondisi permintaan yang ada, sehingga banyak diantara produsen mengalami kegagalan dan bahkan terus merugi, akibat jumlah produksi tidak sesuai dengan jumlah permintaan.
