Abstract

Transaksi bai’ as sharf / jual beli valuta asing (valas) atau mata uang dari perspektif Islam menjadi menarik dibahas karena semakin berkembangnya system ekonomi Syariah. Transaksi valas sudah umum sekali di masyarakat. Transaksi valas ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan pokok ketika bertransaksi lintas negara atau berada di negara lain.
