Thái độ và ý định mua rau Vietgap của người tiêu dùng TPHCM

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm phân tích các yếu tố của thái độ tác động đến ý định mua rau VietGAP của người tiêu dùng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM), bằng việc khảo sát 633 người dân. Lý thuyết Hành vi có kế hoạch (TPB) được sử dụng có điều chỉnh, cùng với phương pháp phân tích độ tin cậy Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích yếu tố khám phá (EFA), phân tích yếu tố khẳng định (CFA), và mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính với phương tiện SPSS 20.0 và AMOS 20.0. Kết quả xử lý hồi quy bội cho thấy có 04 thành phần thái độ tác động đến ý định mua rau VietGAP của cư dân TPHCM, sắp theo thứ tự độ mạnh giảm dần: (1) An toàn thực phẩm, (2) Sự tin tưởng, (3) Mối quan tâm về sức khỏe, (4) Chuẩn chủ quan. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị đối với Ban Quản lý các doanh nghiệp sản suất rau VietGAP ở TPHCM nhằm giúp nâng cao khả năng bán hàng.
