Abstract

Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian in adalah “Apakah ada pengaruh empowerment terhadap kinerja karyawan? Adapun yang menjadi tujuan peenulisan adalah: 1. Untuk mendeskripsikan konsep empowerment. 2. Untuk mendeskripsikan konsep kinerja karyawan. 3. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh empowerment terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dan kesimpulan penulisan artikel ini adalah: 1. Dellegation of authority mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2. Reward based perpormance mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3. Participating management mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
