Abstract

Seorang pemimpin harus dapat mengatur waktunya dengan baik, karena kualitas suatu kelompok dapat terlihat dari kualitas pemimpin itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan dalam time management serta mengetahui karakteristik seorang pemimpin dalam mengatur waktu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada pembaca dalam hal manajemen waktu terutama bagi seorang pemimpin. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam time management adalah Evaluasi, Rencana dan Prioritas, Eliminasi pencurian waktu, Delegasi, Katakan tidak, dan Rehat. Kemudian karakteristik seorang pemimpin yaitu dapat menggerakkan dirinya sendiri dan orang lain serta mempunyai sebuah potensi atau hal-hal yang terbaik dari mulai dalam dirinya dan harus dimunculkan ke sebuah permukaan.
