Abstract

Tujuan dari paper ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kinerja usaha mikro dan kecil. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara mengumpulkan serta mempelajari literatur yang bersumber pada jurnal yang didapatkan dari internet. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis. Untuk mendukung inovasi tersebut, dibutuhkan kreativitas dari pelaku usaha agar kinerja bisnis dapat terus meningkat.
