Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman sudah menjadi industri yang tidak ada matinya dan selalu menjadi tren di kalangan masyarakat. Dalam penerapan manajemennya, pasti terdapat tantangan atau hambatan manajemen yang menimbulkan gangguan manajemen. Hal tersebut tentunya perlu solusi dengan strategi yang tepat. Tujuan dari rangkuman paper ini untuk menjelaskan tentang latar belakang dari munculnya gangguan manajemen, tantangan atau hambatan manajemen pada industry makanan dan minuman, dan solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan manajemen pada industri makanan dan minuman.
