Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui fungsi dan tujuan pengambilan keputusan dan merumuskan strategi formulatif terhadap usaha warung makan. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana dalam penelitian ini tidak menggunakan sample maupun populasi melainkan menggunakan narasumber untuk mendpatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Data yang digunakan data primer. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan beberapa strategi alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk berhasil dalam persaingan usaha warung makan yang ada di daerah Klampis Ngasem Surabaya. Pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dapat digunakan untuk strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan dapat berfungsi untuk meminimalkan kelemahan dan meningkatkan peluang. Kata Kunci : Pengambilan keputusan, Analisis SWOT, Analisis Alternatif
